Michael Ruiz, a true industry veteran, embarked on his journey in 1983, tirelessly navigating the world of pre-foreclosures and real estate. With over four decades of experience, he is your trusted guide in the real estate market..
Mortgage Expertise:
Michael's expertise goes beyond traditional real estate. He is recognized as one of Florida's first Mortgage Brokers, originally licensed in 1984. Over the years, he not only managed his own Mortgage Brokerage but was also sought after by major lenders, including CHASE BANK, IndyMac Bank, and NF Investments Inc.
Michael trained mortgage brokerage offices and thousands of loan officers in structuring transactions from the point of view as both a real estate and mortgage professional.
A Beacon of Hope:
In the face of the 2008 real estate and mortgage origination crisis, Michael shifted his focus to a noble cause. He became a Pro Se (Non-Attorney) Consultant, dedicated to helping homeowners avoid foreclosure, ensuring they didn't lose their homes and dignity during challenging times.
